Dawloom is about ten people. That’s few enough that this page can just be honest instead of decorative. We don’t have a slide of logos from past employers, and we’re not going to invent a job title for every function just to look bigger than we are.
What we cover
The team is organized around what we sell rather than around an org chart: web platforms, mobile apps, desktop software, and AI systems. On most projects, the same few people move between more than one of those areas depending on what the work needs that week.
That’s the honest version of an agency our size. A ten-person shop doesn’t have room for someone who only ever touches one layer of the stack, or a specialist who spends a whole career on a single framework and nothing else. Pretending otherwise, with a chart full of narrow titles, would just be a worse description of how the work actually gets done here. The upside of that overlap is that the person who wrote your backend probably also understands why the mobile app is calling it a certain way, because they’ve likely worked on both.
Who’s public
Haleem Khan founded Dawloom and runs it as CEO. Shahid Khan and Fida Khan are co-founders working across backends, .NET, and AI integration. Around them: Hamza Khan, Rahib Khan, and Ibrahim Dawar on .NET, XAML, and desktop software; Mudasir Nadeem and Junaid Iqbal across web frontends and React Native; Muhammad Seham and Abdur Rehman on React and the web platform. All ten, with real photos, are on the about page, and each card opens a profile page.
Bios appear as each person writes their own. We’d rather have a short accurate roster than padded-out bios written to fill a grid, and every photo on the site is a real person on this team, shot on someone’s phone or camera, never stock photography.
How we work
We’re remote-friendly within Pakistan, and we work in English, Urdu, and Pashto depending on who’s in the conversation and who’s most comfortable in which language. Most of our clients are outside Pakistan, so a fair amount of the working day runs on Pakistan Standard Time (PKT) overlapping with someone else’s morning or evening on the other side of the world. We try to be honest about that instead of pretending a late call is a normal Tuesday for us. If a meeting time is genuinely inconvenient for one of us, we’ll say so and find another one rather than just showing up tired and distracted. That honesty runs the other way too: if we tell you a deadline works with the team’s schedule, it actually does.
