On public evidence, the best affordable offshore React Native team is GeekyAnts in India, with 10 of 10: $25 to $49 an hour, a $10,000 minimum, a named React Native case study, a spot on Expo’s own consultants page, and 120 Clutch reviews. Fulcrum (Ukraine and Poland), Kultprosvet (Ukraine), and MindInventory (India) follow with 8 each.
We’re an offshore React Native team too, in Pakistan. We wrote this list, so we left ourselves out of the scores. You’ll find what we offer, with the same facts, in its own section near the end.
Who this is for: a US or European business owner who wants an iOS and Android app built in React Native for roughly $25 to $50 an hour. Who should look elsewhere: if your budget is over $100,000 and you want a famous studio, read our scored list of React Native agencies for startups. If you want to hire one developer onto your own team, a talent platform fits better than an agency.
We read the top results for “affordable offshore React Native developers” before writing this. Most are written by agencies that sell React Native work and put themselves first. None of the ones we read publish how they picked the names. This list does.
How we scored them
Each team gets 0, 1, or 2 points on five checks, for a total out of 10. We only counted what we could open on a public page on 2026-10-20. A low score means we found little public proof. It doesn’t mean the work is bad.
| Check | 2 points | 1 point | 0 points |
|---|---|---|---|
| Hourly rate on Clutch | $25 to $49 | $50 to $99 | $100 or more |
| Minimum project on Clutch | $10,000 or less | $25,000 | $50,000 or more |
| React Native proof | A named React Native case study on the team’s own site, opened by us | React Native work shown only in a Clutch review or a search snippet | None found |
| Outside signal | Listed on Expo’s consultants page, or maintains a React Native library with 500+ GitHub stars | A React Native library with 100 to 499 stars | None found |
| Reviews | 20 or more on Clutch | 1 to 19 | None |
Ties are ordered by React Native proof, then rate, then minimum, then name. Clutch figures come from each profile on 2026-10-20 and change often, so check the profile before you rely on one. GitHub stars come from the GitHub API on the same day.
Why Expo counts: the React Native docs say “most developers benefit from using a React Native Framework like Expo.” Expo’s consultants page is the one signal here that a team can’t award itself.

- Outside signal (0): none found.
- Reviews (2): 5.0 from 40 reviews on Clutch.
Pick them if your budget is small and you want to start with a contained first version.
4. MindInventory: big Indian bench, thinner public proof
- Rate (2) and minimum (2): Clutch lists $25 to $49 an hour and a $10,000+ minimum. Based in Ahmedabad, India.
- Proof (1): their own site blocked our checker, so we couldn’t open a React Native case study. A Clutch review mentions a team of “Two full stack javascript engineers and one react native developer.”
- Outside signal (1): they maintain react-native-boilerplate, at 146 stars.
- Reviews (2): 4.7 from 56 reviews on Clutch.
Pick them if you want an Indian team with many reviews. Ask for a React Native app you can install before you sign.

Pick them if you’re in the US and want your team awake during your whole working day.
6. Simform: large team, React Native is one skill of many
- Rate (2) and minimum (1): Clutch lists $25 to $49 an hour and a $25,000+ minimum. Clutch shows Orlando, Florida as headquarters. Most of the engineering team is in India.
- Proof (1): the closest we found is a design case study for an unnamed social app that mentions “React and Expo development cycles”. It’s design work, not a named app build.
- Outside signal (1): they maintain react-native-audio-waveform, at 305 stars.
- Reviews (2): 4.8 from 88 reviews on Clutch.
Pick them if you need a large company with a US contract entity. Ask to see a React Native app they built end to end.
7. Pagepro: Expo specialists, at a higher rate
- Rate (1) and minimum (1): Clutch lists $50 to $99 an hour and a $25,000+ minimum. Based in Białystok, Poland.
- Proof (1): their site blocked our checker. On Clutch, Payhip’s CTO describes a “cross platform mobile app with React Native integration with our authentication system”.
- Outside signal (2): on Expo’s consultants page, for “narrow-and-deep Next.js, Expo and Sanity expertise”.
- Reviews (2): 4.9 from 33 reviews on Clutch.
Pick them if you want the app and a Next.js website built by one team, and your budget allows $50 an hour or more.
8. Cheesecake Labs: strong proof, but not cheap
- Rate (1) and minimum (0): Clutch lists $50 to $99 an hour and a $50,000+ minimum. Clutch shows San Francisco as headquarters, with an office in Florianópolis, Brazil.

- Rate (2) and minimum (0): Clutch lists $25 to $49 an hour and a $50,000+ minimum. Clutch shows Los Angeles as headquarters, with teams in El Salvador and Mexico.

- Outside signal (0): none found.
- Reviews (1): 4.9 from 12 reviews on Clutch.
Pick them for a larger project where a US-hours team and a low rate matter more than a small first budget.
10. Koombea: established, but priced above the rest
- Rate (1) and minimum (0): Clutch lists $50 to $99 an hour and a $50,000+ minimum. Clutch shows Miami as headquarters. Development is in Barranquilla, Colombia.
- Proof (1): their site blocked our checker. A search result for the Nauty 360 case study says “the solution was to create a hybrid app using React Native.”
- Outside signal (0): only a demo repo found.
- Reviews (2): 4.9 from 24 reviews on Clutch.
Pick them if you want a long-running agency with a US office, and $50,000 is a normal budget for you.
Checked and left off
- Over the budget for this list: Brainhub (Poland, $50 to $99, $50,000 minimum), Nomtek (Poland, $50 to $99), Software Mansion (Poland, $100 to $149), and Thinslices (Romania, $100 to $149). Software Mansion is excellent and is scored in our startup list.
- Not enough React Native proof: Stfalcon shows mostly Flutter work. RedCat and DaCodes list React Native but had no named React Native case study we could open.
- Other: Codeminer42 had 0 Clutch reviews.
If you run an offshore React Native team and we missed your public work, send us the links and we’ll score you by the same rules.
Dawloom (us): not scored, here are the facts
We’re a React Native team in Pakistan, so this is the kind of work we sell. We didn’t score ourselves. Here is the same evidence the others were scored on, so you can place us yourself:
- Rate: we bill $30 an hour, or by milestone from a written scope. We don’t publish a minimum.
- Proof: one named React Native client app. FurnitureAxis, a business platform for US furniture retail, has an Expo mobile app on the same backend as its Next.js site.
- Outside signal: we aren’t on Expo’s consultants page and maintain no React Native library.
- Reviews: 4.9 from 343 reviews on Fiverr and 5.0 from 156 on Freelancer.com. These cover all our work, not only React Native. Our Clutch profile has no reviews yet.
Pick us if you want a small team that builds the app and its backend, and you’d rather pay milestone by milestone. Pick a team above if you want an Expo Consultant or several React Native case studies before the first call. Our mobile apps page has more.
Time zones: how much of your day you share
The rate isn’t the only thing that changes by region. For a client in New York:
| Region | Shared working hours, roughly |
|---|---|
| Latin America (Brazil, Colombia, El Salvador) | Most or all of the day |
| Eastern Europe (Poland, Ukraine) | Your morning, their afternoon |
| South Asia (India, Pakistan) | Little or none, unless the team shifts its hours |
Ask each team which hours they’ll be online, and test it during a paid trial week. Our guide to vetting an offshore team before you send money explains how.
How to pick an affordable offshore React Native team
- Match the minimum to your budget first. On this list it runs from $5,000 to $50,000+. Below the minimum, the call is wasted on both sides.
- Ask for an app you can install. A store link from the last 12 months tells you more than a portfolio page.
- Ask if they use Expo. Most new React Native apps start on it. We wrote about the trade-offs in Expo or bare React Native.
- Own the accounts from day one. The Apple Developer, Google Play, and Expo accounts should be in your company’s name.
- Count the full cost, not the rate. Management time, rework, and time zone delays add up. Our true cost of offshore developers post has a calculator.
- Pay by milestone or through escrow. Each milestone should be something you can test before you pay.
FAQ
How much does an offshore React Native developer cost per hour?
On this list, Clutch rates run from $25 to $49 an hour for most teams in India, Ukraine, Brazil, and El Salvador, and $50 to $99 for the higher-priced teams in Poland, Brazil, and Colombia. All figures were checked on Clutch on 2026-10-20.
Which country is best for outsourcing React Native development?
It depends on what you need most. Latin America shares the US workday. Eastern Europe overlaps US mornings and fits European clients well. India has the largest teams at the lowest rates, with the least time overlap for US clients. Pick the team first, then check the hours.
Is it cheaper to hire an offshore React Native agency or a freelancer?
A freelancer usually costs less per hour. An agency gives you more than one person, so a sick day or a resignation doesn’t stop the project. For a first app with a backend, a small agency is often the safer choice.
Why isn’t Dawloom ranked on this list?
We wrote the list and we sell the same service, so any score we gave ourselves would be hard to trust. We put our facts in their own section instead, using the same checks.
